Mts — no network

i m from Hyderabad. i am using this mts connection since two months and from the first day i am getting the problem of no network in my house or near by and i must have spoken with their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES more than 5 times regarding the no coverage issue and they were just telling that it will be all right with in a day but till now they dint resolve it. my fist complaint no ( JUN/1476 ).. now i complain u that plz solve my problem as soon as possible....
