Mts — Not Allowing the customer to switch to PrePaid | |||
Hi, My Name is Varun Sharma. I am using MTS Data Card for more than 20 months. Now, I want to switch to pre-paid option as I am not using it regularly. But They said that They don't have policy to do it. Moreover, If I disconnect, I will not have any option to re-activate my connection again.I need to buy again their new dongle device of Rs[protected] to use their service. They will not re-activate the dongle, I am already having. So, Either I keep on paying bill to MTS even If I am using it or I just deactivate it and bear the loss of amount(Rs:[protected], I spent to buy their device. In both cases customer is bearing the loss. I want to file complaint against their this ridiculous policies that forcing the consumer to pay for the service they are using it.
