[Resolved]  Mts — NOT LOOKING INTO MY COMPLAINTS

I purchased a HTC Pulse handset from MTS, Anna Nagar Branch, Madurai on 14/05/12 on 12 EMI Basis (on 999 plan)with 1 year warranty. The touch screen of the mobile is not working from January 2013. I complained to the Marketing personnel, Service Engineer. They directed me to a service centre at Madurai.But they refused to service stating the handset has no warranty wich were brouthgt to their noticee by written complaint. MTS has not cared for its customer. my cell number is [protected].Kindly look into the matter
