[Resolved]  Mts — NOT LOOKING INTO MY COMPLAINTS

I purchased a HTC Pulse handset from MTS, Anna Nagar Branch, Madurai on 14/05/12 on 12 EMI Basis (on 999 plan)with 1 year warranty. The touch screen of the mobile is not working from January 2013. I complained to the Marketing personnel, Service Engineer. They directed me to a service centre at Madurai.But they refused to service stating the handset has no warranty wich were brouthgt to their noticee by written complaint.
