[Resolved]  Mts — Regarding my MTS number cancellation and that name change to prepaid

Dear sir/mam,
I am ur customer bagyanath MY Account num is[protected] Mobile num is [protected] i already give the cancellation letter on 26.7.2012 but my num incoming and out going bared from 26.7.2012 midnight but till now not receive the cancellation and my agreement foreclose letter pls arrange me, ASAP and also kindly change the num
FROM POST PAID TO PRE PAID
