Mts — billing and disconnecting

Dear sir
without any prior notice the service provider is disconnecting our connection
Provider is MTS we are using pulse on 1,500 pm plan
we have two connection, because of their proposal we have disconnected all our other connection.

now we are not able to make any calls or keep in touch with our loved ones now what shall we do and how shall we proceed?
