Mts — Surrendered & still getting bills & Legal Notice | |
hi,
i have taken new connection during dec 2012 and immediately surrendered the same around 14th Jan2013 since the dongle has some problems & it gets restarted for every 5 mins & got very low speed. when complained it in MTS customer care, they said i can keep it in safe custody (safe custody req no: r[protected]) temporarily till i get a new dongle. But nobody ever came till 1 month so decided to surrender the same. so i called them again to surrender the same(surrender req no:C[protected]). despite giving surrender request, i started recieving bills & legal notices. This is absurd. When i called the customer care people, they are cheating that no such request no is available for surrendering. But they can identify request no for safe custody. This shows that they are not interested in surrender policies. they just wanted to cheat people by billing them & torturing with legal notices. Now i got a bill for rs.1028 which i never used. Without eating, why should i pay for them??
My MTS number is: [protected], A/c no.[protected]. If you think you care for your customers, better look into this issue and take back the DONGLE which is absolutely no use.
