[Resolved] MTS Teleservices — MISSBEHAVIOUR FROM THE CC ESCALATION TEAM | |||
RESPECTED SIR MY NAME IS TONY & MY MTS NUMBER IS [protected] I HAVE TRIED TO ACTIVATED A CALLER TUNE. ON 27/4/2011 BUT SONG WAS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER 6 HRS AFTER DEDUCTING BALANCE.AGAIN I CALLED TO THE CC. EXICUTIVE TOLD ME TO WAIT UP TO 4 HRS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE CALL I GOT AN SMS FROM THE CC REGARDING THAT CALLER TUNE SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED. I DIDN'T GIVE ANY REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE.ALL CC AGENTS DISCONNECTED MY CALL FROM [protected] ALSO PUT ME ON HOLD UPTO 27.34SECS.I SPOKE TO ANAND,SUSHILKUMAR,MALATHY,KISHOR AND JAFFAR.THEY ARE NOT GIVING INFORMATION AND ANGERING ON ME,SO I REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFULY TO ME.
