i am Raghavendra Achari i am using MTS mblaze broadband from last 1years know they creating problems on every recharge..
Last 10days back that means 5th of September 2013 i got message from MTS customer care there they written if you recharge with 299 i will get 3GB data instead of 1GB because of that i recharged with 299 but till know there are not credited it..i called to customer care about 7 times and also given compliant regarding my problem but there are simply telling that within 24 hrs ur problem is going to solve , ur compliant as been transferred to higher department they are give call back to you..but till know i didn't got any call & also my problem is not solved ...please take immediate action on them , they simply making money from us...
