[Resolved]  Mts — Very Bad Service

I purchased a data card from MTS on last month by paying Rs 699 from one of the representative named Chandru.He suggested me to opt for postpaid corporate plan.So i did the same with amount 899 for 10gb.They assured me that the speed will be upto 3.1 MBPS .Though the signal is very good ,but the speed is only 72kbps.
from the day1 itself.So i complained about this to the customer care.The complaint number is C[protected].They assured me that they will send one technical person and will check. But no has come still now.I called them and also chatted with them ,only they are telling me next it will be resolved.I chatted with them on last sunday (interaciton number is Q[protected].But there is no response from them.Today i asked about the complaint and got that they closed the issue.please help at least i need return the data card and close their service,if they won't keep their promise. Please help.

Mblaze (Mts) — Bad Services of Mts

I have bought a mblaze connection 3 days back and since then am not getting satisfactory speed. Though the advertisement promised 3.1 mbps actually i am getting 400-600 kbps bandwidth and the download speed remains 30-55 kbps. sometimes it plunges down to 17 kbps like the other night. Moreover i have logged a complain in their customer care but they simply don't take it seriously. They give excuses that "It is a wireless connection and speed may differ at different times". A thought is crossing my mind that i may have been cheated with a fake promise. I would also like to highlight this fact that i am getting 80% signal.
From my personal experience i think that mbalze is the worst connection available in india and their services cannot be explained by any adjective as they are "More Worse than WORST"
I would discourage anyone buying mbalze. I would also be obliged if someone suggests me a good connection in westbengal and it should be wireless as i use a laptop.

My name is Subhajit Sarkhel, and my MTS MBLAZE NO :[protected] was purchased a few months back from City Centre 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The plan i am using is rs 999 (40 GB unlimited) which claims to give a speed upto 9.8 Mbps. For the first 2 months, i was getting a speed upto 2 Mbps, with a download speed of 200 - 220 kbps but the third month was terrible... and the service we summoned for was bad and has been bad since then... now the speed is 0.17 Mbps - 0.75 Mbps with a download speed of 1 kbps - 20 kbps which is totally unacceptable...
I have lodged a complaint regarding the problem not once but a several times, and the complaint numbers are -
1) jul/38316,
2) aug/409
At first your customer executive said that there is some technical issues and that they will resolve the problem. Then just for ONE day the speed got a boost and the next day was the same again ( without the speed). so once again after calling for several times, the executive said the same thing and resolved the issue for just ONE day.. So when i called the customer service again, the executive said that this is the speed i would get and that i have to be satisfied with it...
is this the kind of service you provide ???? do you think it is justified that i m being literally forced to be happy and satisfied with the speed which ranges between 0.17 - 0.75 Mbps, download speed : 1 kbps - 20 kbps ???? the service during taking the bill is so damn good and what about the after sale service ????? so now, if i want to return to you your worthless dongle, do i get my money back ???? because i am not going to take this unethical kind of a service anymore?
RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS STEPS
