[Resolved] Naaptol — Extremely bad product | |||
Dear Consumers Order no : 3419541 Pl. do not shop on naaptol . I have ordered Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, etc...... for 2300, have received the product within 2 business days, ( very fast in delivery of broken product), courier person called and delivered at home, hv told my wife to call me before delivery but courier person refused to wait and rushed as if world is collapsing. Came home and opened the poly cover, the stereo already broken, the 1000PMPO speaker looks like toy speaker size, tweeters are like 2 rupee coin, all including of 750Gm of weight ( now u can imagine), called up so called customer care, i[censored] speak in English , they will speak in hindi and vice versa, it is almost 10 days of complaint till now no one called , each time you call for complaint, u hv to wait at least for 7-10Min to get someone online ( new strategy to keep customer wait, so that you will disconnect). Finally the product is worth of Rs.500 sold to me for 2300, all reviews on naaptol is by themselves only, don’t believe in those product reviews. On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3419541] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.
Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.
Kindly write us back with the AWB# & cheque favoring name.
It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
