[Resolved] Naaptol — fraud by NAPTOL | |
i have send a cheque in fevour of NAPTOL online shoping for spy pen gadget . they have as per my State bank of india gujarat rajula branch a/c statements the cheque is cleared by them in last week of aug'09 my order Number was 39631. after some day i have contact over there costumer care Number[protected] many times, but no one has given me satisfactory answer.i have given them a notice by register AD.i have received acknowledgement of the notice receipt by naptol. my last complaint number is 268. but still im not getting any product from naptol. i have many try to naptol support team they only assuring me that u will get your product within 5 working days. but still (after 50 days) my product is awaited.. i am hope full for ur kind support. Hello,
My order no is 47452. I am supposed to get TCL bluetooth free with my mobile. From last 1 month I am calling customer care of naptol, they are replying that in 7 to 10 working days I will be getting my bluetooth device. Again when I call after 7 to 10 working days. They say complaint is under processing, You will receive in 7 to 10 working days.
For how many times I have to hear this message from your customer care. Are you going to give me that bluetooth device or not? Or do i need to go to consumer court to complaint regarding your service?

I would kindly inform you that, I had purchased a spypen (8 GB) plus pen drive plus voice recorder from your company as on 01/10/2009 having order no. 61357 with the price of rs. 1690/-. After using it it was found that, it had some problems while any recordings so, I send it back to your company as you suggested after my complain on 25/01/2010 by the blue dart courier service with document no. [protected] and after sending back the products it was informed to me that the products will be replaced with the new one and soon be sent with in one week. But I am not getting any response from the company.
Kindly look into my problems and solve it as soon as possible.

YOU HAVE DISPLAYED THE COMPLAINTS BUT WHT IS THE VIEW ON THESE COMPLINTS BY NAPTOL NOT DISPLAYED WE R DOUBTFUL IF THE COMPLAINTS REACHED BY THE NAPTOL
I was about to purchased some product from naptol online but reading all above complaints I have cancelled my plan of purchasing online from naptol
