Naaptol — NON RECEIPT OF MOBILE PHONE | |
Dear Sir, I have received an empty parcel against an order of Blacberry Tour mobile handset from Naaptol vide Order No 3196007. After viewing the same I have refused to accept the parcel & sent back the courier. I have lodged a complain to their customer care vide complaint no.2279684 & requested them to refund my payment made against the order.
