I want immediate redressal of my complaint (order no. – 2903350) against the defective mobile phone I bought from Naaptol. You had promised that you will send an email to the Blue Dart office in Bhubaneswar to ask them to courier my mobile phone back to Naaptol. Even after repeated reminders you’ve not done that. Why? I am disgusted by the utter inefficiency of Naaptol to process a simple matter! This is causing me lot of frustration. Was this information helpful? | |||

Extremely inefficient and unprofessional attitude of Naaptol - which in any case is very common.

Naaptol's "as soon as possible" means making you wait for a few months to resolve as simple an issue as returning a defective product - and getting the refund.
This is happened not just with me - but with others as well.
