not getting refund from co. below is the mail correspondance:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very sorry to say that there is no feedback from your side regarding refund. It was promised in the first week of May but till date nothing is informed to me. I called the customer care no. of 10/5 and it was told that the same day, I will get the status from the concerned deptt. but nobody called. Again, today I contacted the cc ( service request 2744502 attended by sonia) , same answer was given that the concerned deptt. will call and inform status of refund, but nobody called.

What should I do????????

Pl be responsible and do the needful. You are damaging your GOODWILL only.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 21 working days.

I ordered for a combo of air compressure+car vaccum cleaner+scratch remover+dent remover+puncture repair kit. After opeming the parcel, i found that the compressre is broken, vaccum is broken, scratch rmover tubes are open. It seems that the used/damaged products have been sent to me. Quality of the product is also very poor. I recommend not to buy the product from this seller.

defective and not as promised product - naaptol.com car stereo

received on 02/02/2011 one car FM,MP3,2GB pen drive,vaccum cleaner from Naaptol. Despatched from Aaditya Infotech Haridas Market Bank Street Koti Hyderabad-500 095 thru Blue Dart. Order No1318531 dt 29/01/2011.

The above product is a faulty one, in a broken condition without the 2 gb pen drive and the player does not have the slot to play the MP3 disc.

I would like to get a refund of Rs.2250/- which was paid by me.

They are nothing but a bunch of cheaters. I got the same response, same mail ids and it is more than 3 months. Not even once they tried to respond to my mails. Please advice your friends not to use their service.
