[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — refuse to repair purchased phone in guarantee period. | |||
Hi, I purchased BOSS e3300 mobile phone through naaptol.com on 1 aug 2010, my order id is 61786. while purchasing this phone customer care executive told me they will give 6 months seller waranty. i got my phone through blue dart within 7 days of placin order. though phone was not good as described on naaptool.com but i thinked no problem it will work as basic dual sim phone. but within in one week of purchase, phone touch screen stop responding completly. when i contact naaptol customer care they said the phone has only 24hr warranty on touch screen. but nothing was such mentioned in warranty card. they refuse to repair phone. if a full touch screen phone doesnt give warranty on its screen then what is meaning of warranty. and worst thing is that there is no service center to repair phone.
