[Resolved]  Naaptol — DEFECTIVE & INCOMPLETE PRODUCT DELIVERED BY NAAPTOL

Dear All,

I am please to inform you that, i haven't received any resolution from the customer service department. They told me that the case is forwarded to their logistics team & will respond to the issue in 48 hrs, but, till day i haven't received any such type of satisfactory response from your side even after timely remainder sent. I have received a call before 4,5 days and the person wants to confirm my address to deliver a courier which they have received from Naaptol for me. But, till now i did not received any courier.

So, you are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and provide some resolution either replace the product with a fully functioning same/other product or refund the amount.

Hope for a satisfactory response this time.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.
Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

I am *_Ravinder Gulia_* & i would like to inform you about the*_Order ID Number: 3230478_*, which were delivered to me on *_20th January 2012_*. Total Amount of *_Rs 7298/-_ *was given to theconcerned person come from *_Blue Dart Courier_*. But, the Packet that I have received is *Incomplete* as compare to the advertisement information given on *_http://www.naaptol.com_*.
*1GB Micro SD Card* is missing from the delivered packet and the
*Screen Protector* is also not found in the packet of *_HTC 3G G1 Android Mobile Phone_*. I have immediately made a call to customer support at _*[protected]* _& lodge a complaint for the same. The Customer Support executive gives a complaint number i.e. *2324496* to me & *gives surety to resolve this query with in a_time period of 48 HRS_*. He also said that one of our technical support executive will call you on my number, but till date I have not received any call regarding this issue from *_Naaptol.com_*. When I am trying again to call on *_[protected]_*, then the call got disconnected automatically after some time. Also, the Phone is not working properly due to the *_non availability of 1GB SD Card_*.
Not, any of the *applications given in the Phone is responding*.
Then I tried to connect the *Phone via Data Cable with the help of Installation CD given in the packet, with my Laptop*, but, the*Installation CD* given with the Packet for getting started is *corrupted* & it f*ailed to install in Laptop*. While installing,
it is showing an *error message* & due to this, I am not able to connect my Phone with Laptop. *_This Phone is totally useless for me under these conditions_*. The *Camera is also not working*,
while clicking on Camera icon; it is showing an error message of
*1GB SD Card non availability*. *Moreover, the sliding part of the Phone is also very loose*. The Phone got *slide automatically without any direction* given by me & none of the given applications is working properly*, so, in these conditions, the Phone is *totally useless* to me & I am very *disappointed* due to this by *_Naaptol.com_*.
So, under these conditions it is requested to you that please look into this matter & get it resolved ASAP. If possible then kindly replace this Defective Handset with a new HTC 3G Phone, which is in better running conditions with complete accessories

Suggest me about the refund process, how can I get my Amount back.
I didn’t use this Phone for even a single call. The Phone is still
in the same condition at the time when I received it from the courier concern.
