[Resolved] Naaptol — Naaptol – a fraud company | |||
It is obvious from my experience with this company that this company is fraud. They are taking customer’s money & in return they are giving used defective products. Claim by company of 6 month warranty is totally false; they are not able to provide service to newly purchased product. Their customer support personnel are expert only in one thing, telling total lie & making fool of customer. They are making customer to call frequently & when customer is exhausted as most of them are doing STD call matter is closed. It seems that their customer care people are just 2 or 3 in number, but every time they answer using different names. So friends stay away from this company if you don’t want to get cheated. I ordered 5800 express music phone. I received it on 15 April 2010. On opening packet I found battery was completely defective. It is lasting for hardly 15min even without using any application on phone. When I charge the battery, every time within 5 minutes message came as charge complete. I tried to charge it so many times still with same result. Moreover when I shake the battery it seems some loose part is there inside battery. Immediately after receiving such defective battery I called customer care on 15 April. My order no 295974 & complaint no is 79268.Person on call assured me that I will be sent new battery from naaptol within 7 days. I waited for 7 days, when I did not received battery I called them, this time lady on phone told me that she will again forward my complaint & surely I will receive battery within next 7 days. Again after 7 days I called them, this time another lady told me I will be called by battery department personnel within 24 hour regarding my complaint. Again after waiting for 48 hour I called, another lady told me surely I will be receiving email within 24 hr. Again I waited for 72 hr & last time, today I called them with the same result they are telling same prototype answer. Till date I have not received battery or their call, or their email. I have called total 5 times, but they are just doing time pass. . Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchase ultraslim ephone from company the product was defective and i send it to krishna traders but still 15 days i can not get any reply or conformation of receive products i spend more than 1000 rs on phone and 20 email to naaptol but still i can not get any type of reply from company also send proof of delivery and courier name and his document number product also receive by the company.complaint was both sim cards registration failed
