[Resolved]  Naaptol / Vox Ultra Slim Smart Ephone — Regarding of Charger not working,Battery connection loose,voice not clear,Airborne not connect

I Have received this product Dated 2/4/2012 , I am complaint raise (Complaint no.2720855) from 05/04/2012 but today(16/04/12 at 10:10 Pm) till now no any reply form your side regarding this complaint. Its very bad experience in my life. So I am request to you plz call to me and i am sending the product in your end and i am received the money. No any replacement of this product. So I am last time sending this mail if no any reply shortly So I am written complaint to consumer.

We were trying to reach you on:-[protected]/[protected] but at that time you were not contactable.

We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-3670716 & you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3670716] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

I too purchased the same mobileI(Order No.3922275), but as soon as i plugged in the phone charger there was a flash and smoke came from the charger. Also there is no charger for the bluetooth headset. I had asked for a replacement, but haven't received it. Also its very difficult to speak on this mobile as it is not audible at all. GPRS connection is not possible.
