Naaptol & Wespro — cheated and delivered substandard product

I have made a big mistage of purchasing online from Naaptol. Please don't buy anything from Naaptol it is a cheat company. Customer service is poor and vendors they operate are fraud. I bought Wespro Touch screen , Order no.: 1432933 and when I opended the box , I see they have delivered a wrong specification production ordered for 256 MB ram capacity , delivered 128 MB. RAM capacity. When I called Naaptol service center they said it is vendor problem call Wespro and When I call Wespro they say it is not their problem. The product doesn't look new , it has scraches all over. I don't recommend this company Naaptol and Wespro to my enemy too. Please don't buy anything from these company . they are cheat !
