[Resolved] National Insurance Co. — Claim Dependency from last 4 months | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, Myself Amol Madaan, resident of Jalandhar City got my car insured from National Insurance Co. in March'12 under policy no:- 404300/31/11/[protected] from Agent Harnam Thakur (Contact no:- [protected]). I met with a small accident in Patiala in Oct.'12 in which my car bumper & tail lights got damaged which were replaced in lue with my Insurance policy. I am also attaching herewith my payment receipt of Rs.7600/- which i duly paid for the repair of the damages of my car. But till date, claim charges are not being credited into my account by National Insurance Co., though the insurance surveyor from Patiala verified the same in "Hemant Goyal Motors Pvt. Ltd." on the very next day in Patiala and reffered my claim file for further processing. I don't know where it is pending from last 4 months. National Insurance people are saying that they are not getting NOC from my previous insurance co. from which i never made a claim. I don't know what NOC they require if they themselves gave me "No Claim Bonus" in my existing policy issued by them. (Policy no. mentioned above) Kindly get my issue solved on urgent basis as my money is stucked from last 4 months. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis and revert as soon as possible. my carswift dizere modal 2008 ZDI nw guin in 4th year .bt am nt any claim frm insunrace co till date.nw in des year my polcy break for 5 days due to sme mistake in cheque .nw yesterday my car damage .am guin to maruti sales & service centre Naraina.tody survear cme & mke claim of my car he said co.gv me 50% of painting nd fog lamps claim nt given to me .coz whn my policy break thn co. servear mention fog lamps nt fitted nd bumper screach .bt my car a top version (ZDI) fog lamps co. fitted .i fink tht seaver report is nt my car .myrear bumper also damage nd temporar fix wed secerws .so y nt bumper in claim .so plz help me or tel me nw wht cn i do.am also snd mail to National Insurance co.he said we look this matter .
