[Resolved]  Nitra Furnitures/Sofa set — Delivery not done

Very poor customer service. Not seen a big concern like this bad service.
We ordered a sofa set on Nithra Furniture Royepet. The delivery date was 15 th Dec. On 18th Dec Mr.Babu, Mr.Murali and Mr.Mohan committed to deliver the furniture on 20th Dec by 8.30 pm. So far we have not received the sofa set and no response from them that the sofa set would not be delivered on 20th. Infact we were waiting for the delivery till 10.30 pm. The money has been fully paid and we have been cheated by nithra furniture's. I don't think that this complaint will help me to get the sofa set nor these great people will regret for happenings.
