[Resolved] Nitraa Furniture — Cheated | delivering worst product | no response | |
This is to inform you all that i have purchased one nitra almira, model no nn4000 from nirta showroom at vip, haldiram, kolkata alomost 2 years back... But there was lots of problem (Phungas problem) with the almira from the begining, in last one & half year, it was replaced twice; nitra technicians has done servicing so many times but ultimately problem remains same. Below is the key persons from nitra was involved for rectifying the issue: Mr. Dilip from nitra vip, haldiram kolkata - mobile: [protected] Mr. Dilip agreed to change the almira in the month of august-10 for the 2nd time... He agreed to give one brand new almira with same model. But unfortunately i got transfer order on the same month & i had to move to hyderabad. So i requested mr. Dilip to give me a sealed pack almira so that i would be easier for transportation. He agreed to give me the brand new & sealed pack material. As per this they have delivered the material at my home in kolkata. Now after moving to hyderabad, when technician came to assemble the almira, we found the below problems: 1. It was not sealed packed... No thermopols were there inside the packing... It was packed by simple cartox box materials. But a brand new almira comes with sealed pack with thermopols inside the packing. 2. Lots of small small spots were there in the parts. Also some parts were looking like damaged... Technician also feel that may be it was lying in the godown for long time. 3. Technician started assembling the almira... He assembled the whole almira but couldn't fix the doors properly... He tried to fix the doors for around 2 hours but ultimately couldn't fix... He confirmed that this doors are from different set hence it is not getting fix in this almira. 3. Finally i talked with mr dilip. This time he agreed that it is not a new almira. This almira was lying in the godwon for last 1 & 1/2 years. Also he agreed that some parts were damaged & he has changed those parts... The doors are from different set. Mr dilip again promised me that he will talk with their hyderabd office & will change the almira again. But everyday he is making some drama & ultimately nothing is happening. Than i have contacted the area manager (Mr. Vijay) of kolkata office & told him the details... Than mr. Vijay forwarded the case to chennai head office customer department head, mr. Muralidhar... From last september-10 to till date i am following up with vijay & murali ; sending mails regularly, talking to them regularly... Everyday they are telling they will take care in 2 days, 3 days etc etc, they will revert back to me with solution /replacement etc... But till now they never reverted back to me from their end... Every time i have to call them & they use to tell me it will solved immediately... But they are not doing anything simply. Finaly on decemebr-10 last week, i agreed to take some other product in replacement of the wardrope & told mr muralidhar the same... Murali also told me to visit their hyderabad branch office & select the replacement product. Then i have visited their hyderabad office to see the alternate product.. I have choiced a different wardrope& asked to deliver the alternate wardrope... Venkatesh from hyd office told me that it will be delivered within one week... But its around 40 days gone but till date the product not delivered... Everyday the same story, order has been placed & will be delivered by the week... Nowadays even they are not respoding to phones. Here i need help from consumer complaints team... This is one of worst company where everyone is seating to cheat people... Need to take action on mr. Dilip, mr. Vijay, area manager kolkata ; mr. Muralidhar, head customer care department for harasing people. Was this information helpful? | |

Nitraa Furniture — No Service
Hi, Nittra furniture looks good to buy. But, after three or four years it is life got over. Since, it is not a standard model it is very difficult to set right with local carpender. Nittra customer care never care about their furniture after waranty period. So, think about your money when you are buying nittra furniture, it will come good only upto 4 years. such a pathetic product they make, so poor quality of wood. Never go into this furniture shops. Such a waste of time, money and at last you will be shocked to see their attitude towards you. They shout and yell at you as if we have taken money from them. Rascals all of them
NITRA furniture is one of the WORST quality furniture in the market. There after sales service is worse than their products. They have 365 days SALE offering the most sub standard products. Try reaching their service centres, you would wish to throw your furniture rather than repair.

If any one want to purchase furniture from Nitraa pls Avoid. If you are ready to waste your Time you can wank in to their showrooms. Be perpare for atlest 50 Telephone calls 25 E-mails to followup the materials 100 Phone calls and 50 emails to fix the material .
