sir mere paas nokia 3120 mobile ka set he jo ki kuch dino se apne aap hi switch off ho jata he ya band ho jata he kirpya sir bataiyen ki kya karan ho sakta hei kya iski service ho sakti hi.? yadi ho sakti hai to kitna kharcha aayega is per. kirpya puri jankari de aapki Ati kirpya hogi.

Nokia 3120 — taking more time by nokia care

I got problem with my cell phone nokia 3120 displaying "service contact" when I reached to nokia care center to repaired, but they said that it will take 10 days in minimum. But it is long time to me. So, I therefore request you to give any advise such that I can get my phone as soon as possible

Nokia 3120 — keypad freezes all the time

Keypad freezes upon turning on of device. At times, keypad functions normally but will freeze after a short while. When this happens, no tasks can be performed with device.

DEAR SIR,
I was given my Mobile with original Nokia Battery for repairing purpose at Gandhianagar _GUJARAT Noika Care shop.
After ten day they given back my mobile with comment it is not repairable, & mobile given without Battery because battery not come from Main Nokia service Station.
Then After ten day they given new Mobile Battery from replacement.But This Battery Not O.K. so the Nokia Care Gandhinagar service men again this battery given to Main service center .
Again After ten day they Give New Battery & this Battery is also not O.K.

so now they agian given to Main Service station.

So I am still not get Battery use in My mobile due to Nokia care Gandhianagar.

Nokia 3120 — issues with phone

Respected Sir,
i bought a nokia 3120 on 6th may 2009 and later in a weeks time realised that the phone had a major isue that the standby was not even more than 24hrs...and after the phones went off, it wouldnt charge or start once again, in 1 weeks time i had to take the mobile to the store (shreeji planet, Thane (w) ) and they got the batery changed thrice...later on the 21st may i was fed up an i had to give it for repairing to the nokia center at (Tembhi Naka, Thane West )...it took them 2 weeks to give me the phone back and still the same issue is on and ontop of that there are scratches on the phone...when complained about the scratches then they say that it happens when they repair it...if the phone comes with 1 yr warranty and is found defective in just 15 days, dont you think that there should be a replacement...wen i told them abt this then they want me to pay 30% more of the value of the mobile and take a new one or they will give me a refund less 30%...have never expected such kind of behaviour from Nokia and waiting to hear a positive response from you...i will be going agin to nokia care as the same issue is going on and i am still suffering, also this phone belongs to my Mother, who is a cancer patient and is very upset abt this issue...will be waiting for a positive response...

Nokia 3120 — unhappy service

I have bought one Nokia mobile phone (model : 3120) from Nokia Priority Dealer, Perumbavoor on 19th Nov 2008, with a cost of Rs. 6560/-. For hardly one month, I used it. After that, it started to show some complaints like: - the charge will be over within one days period and I could not make a call from it, even though there is enough and more signal to make a call. I informed this problem to the concerned people in the above mentioned shop and they told that it was the problem with the software. They upgraded the software and returned the set to me. But the problem was not corrected. Again I gave the set to them and they did the same once again and returned it to me saying that now it is ok. But it showed the same problems again. Then according to their instruction, I gave my set to Nokia Care, Aluva for service. They told me that, it was the problem with battery and they need some 3 weeks time to rectify it, because it has to go to Delhi for repair. After 3 weeks, I got a new battery and I put it into my handset. But the problems remain the same. When I reported this to the Nokia Care people, Aluva, they told me to give the set to Nokia Care, Kadavanthra. I approached the new people and the next day they retuned my set after upgrading the software. But the problems were never rectified. Then again, I informed this to Nokia Care, Aluva and handed over my set to them with the hope that, something good will happen. Again 3 more weeks to wait!!!
After 3 weeks I approached them and I have been told that even after the Delhi visit, my set was not ok and hence they sent it back to Delhi. They also told that, this time I may get a new set in replacement. So I waited patiently for 3 weeks. Last Monday, i.e. on 17th Aug 2009, I got my old set back after its second Delhi visit. I enquired them about the cause of the problems, and they were totally ignorant about that because the company had rectified it. But I could not seen any rectification in it because it again showed the same good old complaints. So I went near to the same people for the fifth time without any hope and left my mobile there. I am sorry to say that I was not satisfied with your services.
Now, what can I do to get my set in good condition?
Please help me and sent me a reply as early as possible.
