Nokia 5310 — Activation of bsnl sim [protected]

I have purchased Nokia 5130 from M/s. Infonet, C-20 Butler Plaza, Bareilly (mobile no. [protected]) vide receipt no. 1326 book no. 27 on 26 May, 2009 .They have provided BSNL prepaid mobile SIM number [protected].I have handed over the application affixing my photographs and copy of voter ID card on the same day. The documents have been deposited with you by the firm immediately. The said SIM has not yet been activated at your end although one week has already passed.

It is requested that necessary arrangements be made for getting the above said SIM activated at your end immediately.
