Respected Sir, It is to submit that on Dt.[protected], nearly at about 08:00 AM, I have missed my mobile NOKIA 6030 (BLACK COLOUR). Its EMI NO. is [protected] (Purchased on Dt.[protected]. Its Mobile No. is [protected] (POST PAID). Its SIM No. is[protected]-8605. On my request to BSNL on Dated[protected], BSNL has BLOCKED the SIM on Dt.[protected] at about 10:55 AM. I Submit that if any FAVOURABLE ACTION can be done from your side i.e. TRACE OF MOBILE OR BLOCK OF MOBILE . Kindly do the needful please. Nokia 6030 — after conversion of post paid to prepaid, mobile is not working

Myself Bipin R. Vakharia having number [protected] converted my post paid scheme to prepaid before 10 days. ALL documents has been submitted in to Malad Gallery, after that within 24 days, the mobile was working with prepaid scheme but before 2 days the mobile is not working. Many of the complaints has been given to BPL Gallery but no action has been taken.
I want to know why my mobile is not working? and within how much time it will get start?
