[Resolved]  Nokia - 7210 — outgoing voice problem and name display

i went at nokia servicecentre which is located in vaishali sector 4 gzb on 21st august and my complaint was phone speaker was not working properly

they provide me a job sheet and told me you can collect your mobile on 22 aug. i recieve my mobile on that day

after two days the problem was same and one more problem created (name contact display problem)

i went again nokia servicecentre on 26 aug my job sheet no. is[protected]/090826/2)

they provide me a job sheet and told me you can collect your mobile on 27aug

again i recieve my mobile on 31 aug in front of them i check my mobile the problem was same after that they say that it will send in nokia centre

after that i daily contact them in nokia centre and service centre on 10 sep i complaint in nokia centre they povide me a complaint no (1-[protected]) and told me u can collect your mobile within 48 hours after that on 18 sep i complaint again (1-[protected]) they told me that your parts is not available so it will take some days.
after long communication they call me on 23 sep that u can collect your mobile

but next day they again call me and said that the problem is in your mobile same and we will send your mobile again at nokia centre . i visit your centre atleast 9 times and call lots of time

i m waiting your reply please reply me as soon as possible. i m fed up from your service.
