Poor Battery backup

I have deposited my Nokia model no.7210. Sr. 3593490324428550670565 with battery no.[protected] to the Nokia care centre, Chandrapur on 13/10/2010 with the copy of Cash memo( within Warranty period both hand set & battery). My problem was regarding poor battery backup. The battery was getting discharged within overnight. The mobile I got on 20/10/2010 in okie condition. CHARGING PROBLEM

I PURCHASED MY HANDSET NOKIA-7210 ON 20.4.2009 FOR PLANET M JANAKPURI NEW DELHI. SINCE LAST 20 DAYS IT SHOWS CHARGING ON SCREEN AND DOES NOT STORE CHARGING IN BATTERY.I SUBMITTED MY HANDSET WITH NET-DOT AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE NOKIA AT JAIL ROAD NEW DELHI. THEY RETURNED THE HANDSET TWO TIMES STATING THAT IT IS OK. THIRD TIME THEY REPLACED MY BATTERY WITH A NEW ONE AND CHARGED RS. 1200/ ON 15.03.2010.BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. ON 17.03.2010...

outgoing voice problem and name display

i went at nokia servicecentre which is located in vaishali sector 4 gzb on 21st august and my complaint was phone speaker was not working properly

they provide me a job sheet and told me you can collect your mobile on 22 aug. i recieve my mobile on that day

after two days the problem was same and one more problem created (name contact display problem)

i went again nokia servicecentre on 26 aug...

Network problem

I have given my 7210 nokia handset to ur customer care S S Electronics M.G.Road, Secunderabad for Network problem my job sheet no[protected]/090820/130 on 20th August'09 till now there is no information in this regard simply they are postponing days.Please give me proper details of my mobile.Being a leading mobile company this is not the way to behave with the customers in such case you have to provide stand by instrument...
