[Resolved] Nokia 7610 Supernova — repeted hanging problem and non functioning of keys | |
I purchased Nokia 7610 Supernova cellphone on 30.03.09 ( IMEI No.[protected]) from planet m , Patna.Since Aug it used to hang and many times any of keys are not working or perhaps remained pressed automatically. It was repaired at Nokia care at Patna (on Payment of Rs 1500) it was said to be liquid log, though I remember It was not exposed under water or liquid.It was delivered with so called after 'repairing' on 11.09.09, but again having similar problem since 28.09.09 morning. Nokia 7610 Supernova — Radio & battery backup
I m using nokia 7610 super nova ...since 1 months n i m having problem with its radio n battery backup.The radio does not works properly when loudspeaker is switch on then sound is not clear...
battery backup is also very low...
NOKIA / Mobile handset 7610 supernova — frequent HANGS
I've purchased NOKIA SuperNova 7610 handset from NOKIA PRIORITY Dealer 131/16, N.S.C Bose Road, Kolkata - 700040 on 15/06/2009, vide invoice no. 1633 for RS.10,850. (Rupees Ten thousand Eight hundred Fifty only)Facing tremendous problems with the set including frequent HANGS.
Reported the problems to the above mentioned Dealer but they have not entertained the complaint. Visited the Service Center, who repaired the set but the problem remains UNSOLVED. They are killing time unnecessarily.
I want the set to be replaced immediately without any further delay.
Kindly let me know what is the USE of purchasing the set from NOKIA & their PRIORITY Dealers if we suffer regularly with the product and on addition proper service is not provided.
I'm confident that an immediate action will be taken.

Dear Sir/ MadamI have purchased Nokia 7610. It got some problem related to network. Actually if somebody call at the same mobile, the mobile didn't show any ring tone or massage. Therefor, I have given this mobile to Nokia care, shamli (U.P.) on 24th march 2008. But i doesn't received it back yet. Can you please confirm that what is the servicing time for like above mention problem. And please do the needful.
