I placed an order of Nokia Asha 302 (Order No- 1375891) on 31 july 2012 at 10:27 AM from Shopclues.com. The current status of this order is still processing even after 9 days. I have contacted their customer care for 3 times but did not get any satisfactory answer, every time they said that your product will be shipped in next 24-48 hrs. When i tried to contact shopclues.com by chat on their website there also i m not getting any satisfactory answer.

Since the merchant is also from Delhi so it should not take more than 3-4 days for him/her to ship the order.


What should i do now ?
