Nokia — defective handset giving problem within warranty period

Undersigned purcahsed a Nokia set 5310 Xpress music in May 2008 from Uniflame PO- Guwahati .
The phone was giving nagging problem within 6 months from purchase . I had given this set twiice to Nokia care for repair . but they could not repair it fully ... My warrenty period is valid upto June 09 .
The phone set is presently lying with Nokia care - Guwahati . The details are given below : Nolia is only assuring me that my set will be ok but they are not serious about it .
I want proper compensation for the agony .

I am using Nokia N72. Last few days whenever I switch on my mobile Rs.2/- automatically deducted from my balance. The probable cause so far as I know is one message generate immediately after I switch on the mobile to [protected]
