I am still waiting for any feedback from NOKIA.
Please let me know the status of my Mobile
As per your Job sheet status enquiry the status of the Mobile is closed - repaired, please let me know when I can collect my Mobile .

I once again confirm that I had not shown the Hand set to any unauthorized service center, I asked the supplier for repairing the Hand set but he told me to submit the set to your service center, the set checked by your office and told me to collect the set with in one week, after that your office told me to the set is forwarded to Delhi service center, but your Job Sheet is showing Repaired,
Its not question of money but it’s a question of NOKIA brand name and customer satisfaction.

I request you to please send my Handset in working condition.
