Handset broke and given Nokia care for repair...

Hi,
My cell fall down and was not switching ON the power and given to Nokia Care point for repair on 15th April 2009, they told that they will inform me what is the problem in max 3 days, and till now they didnot call me, I called him on 3rd day then they told that concerned person is not there so THEY WILL ARRANGE CALL BACK on next working day.Till now they didnot call and when I saw my JobSheet Number to check the status online then status shows that closed without repair.And when I am calling NO ONE IS RECEIVING the call.THE WORST SERVICE I EVER SEE IN MY LIFE.
