[Resolved] Nokia & Global Access - Nokia C3 Mobile Handset — Recurrence of Touch Screen Issue | |||
Nokia C3 Mobile was purchased on 03/04/2011. On 13/10/2011 a complaint was raised on touch screen issue and was addressed to Global access and Nokia. Nokia care charged 950Rs for replacing the screen and after few months i.e, as of 03/31/2012 the screen issue reocurred and a complaint was raised on 04/02/2012 to global access. Hi Team,
Please note that after me calling Nokia Care yesterday and today, i have been hearing that we need to Pay 550Rs to get the screen replaced. I am really upset with the level of service provided by Nokia at this point.
This handset belongs to my brother in law (Arun Kumar Shetty) the one who is cc'd in this email. I had influenced my Brother in law to procure the Nokia handset, since i have been using only Nokia from ages. Based on the recent experience, going forward i would not recommend any one to procure/purchase Nokia Handset.
We would not have hesitated to make the payment, if the issue was from our side. But the issue purely belongs to Nokia Handset which undergoes same issue twice in a year.
Your immediate action is much appreciated.
