Nokia N79 — Product spoilt | |||
I bought a Nokia N79 last week before buying the phone i was using Nokia N85 and prior to that Nokia N73 I have always been a brand loyal customer of Nokia, this time also when I bought Nokia i had many options with better features in samsung and LG but i still decided to go with Nokia, but i am repenting now after I buying the new NokiaN79 I have visited Nokia Care twice in a span of a week. But thats is also not worth it as the people sitting there dont even know english and need to go for severe product knowledge training. My new phone dose not have a power saver option which can be set when i preview the option i can view it and when i set it it dsnt work i went no of times at first they told me update the software when the software was already of the last update but i still did it but no sucess then they told there is some magnetic problem they opened my brand new piece and still no sucess and then they promised to call back but havnt heard from them. I called up the nokia call centre also but no use. You tell me what to do In galery also i cannot zoom any picture to view it. The navigation tool cannot be assigned shortcuts. i am totally frustrated. Please help a disatisfied customer Was this information helpful? | |||
