[Resolved] Nokia N82 — faulty phone, nokia care is not repairing while it is in guarantee | |
I bought nokia n82 but problems are coming from very first day. Sometimes voice received and sometimes not. I gave it to nokia care for three times but they are returning me without solving the problem and saying they have solved the problem. I am tired of going to nokia care. I spent about 19000 Rs not to visit nokia care. Many other problems are keep coming in my phone. I want my money back I am requesting you to please get rid of this phone. Nokia N82 — they are not repairing my phone which is in guarantee
i bought nokia n82 and fron the first day i am facing the problem of voice sometimes received and sometimes not. I gave my phone 3 times to repair but each time they are returning me without solving my problem. They took the phone for weeks many times alsn. I dont want this phone any more. I need my money backNokia — Nokia Care is not repairing my phone
I have given my NOKIA 5300 phone to nokia care service centre at 26/2, Hindustan Park, Gariahat, kolkata-700029 on 18/09/2009 for servicing.My job sheet number is[protected]/090918/36. Whenever I give them a call they say it will be ready within 10 days. Then I lodged a complaint at Nokia Careline number[protected] & the complain ID is 1-[protected]. For about a week whenever i give a call to Nokia Care Number[protected] no one is picking up the phone & giving me any update. I have all the contacts in this phone & i am loosing my business. Please do something so that I get my Phone in a proper working condition without any farther delay.Nokia — not repairing
Dear Sir/Madam,I purchase a Nokia 6303C IMEI No.[protected], Date of purchase 21/12/2009, But the IN JUNE 2010 phone are DEAD I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same and go and go and go…. Then they told me Your set will not repair becoz damage by liquid . and now i menable to purchase another set So plz. do some thing for . So, please replace the phone (Nokia 6303C IMEI No.[protected]) or please allow to repair. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the Police Station or other places.
