[Resolved]  Nokia Priority Dealer — No Service

Honorable Sir/Madam,

I recently purchased a E63 from an outsider. I was not able to run Wi-fi on the handset as it required some minor settings. When I contacted Airtel (my service provider) for the issue he advised me to contact nokia. First I emailed nokia customer service my problem to which they made it more complecated and so decided to visit Nokia priority dealer nearby. Initially the guy who was attanding me was helpful, but as the boss (Manoj # [protected]) learnt that I havn't bought the handset from his outlet he immediately packed my phone and asked me go back to the shop where i bought from.

I mean this ridiculous what nokia priority dealers are for, to help nokia customers aren't they. And the guy was almost done with my job in barely 5 min. You cannot call yourself "conncecting people" if this is how you treat your customers. , all i wanted is some help from nokia. I am highly disappointed with their rude, unprofessional service and would like to sue them for this. might look a petty issue but i bothered me a lot.

Nokia Priority Dealer — Bill for Hutch Recharge

Hi,

I have done a easy recharge for Rs. 501 for my mobile in Nokia Priority Dealer, Parsn Complex, Nungambakkam, Chennai. They refused to give a bill for the recharge I have done. They have just given an estimate slip for that amount. When I asked them, they say that they will never give the bill for recharges made.

Then how come the sales I have made in that shop will be registered? Where I can move this complaint to ? Please suggest.

I gave my cell for repair to the Nokia priority dealer beside Anand Theater, SP road ,Secunderabad AP. . He has put duplicate parts and gave it back. He took 1800 Rupees for the same . It stopped working 3 times in the last 2 weeks. He broke the panel , glass , replaced with old parts every time I went back with the hand set . Now he has asked me to come back after one week .

I am disappointed that such a company with international repute resorts to such cheep gimmicks to make money.

Nokia — Nokia Priority

I had purchased nokia5030 form nokia priority(East Delhi) last week.
But next day i found problem in my mobile (automatically switch off and automatically restart).
I went to nokia priority and told him about my problem. He said that he will has to send it to
company. I said ok, and asked him for backup mobile. He said you hav to pay Rs.99 for backup mobile
and it will not be refundable.
I want to know that why should i pay for backup mobile?

Nokia — Nokia Priority Dealer

The Nokia Priority Dealer next to Big C is over charging the mobile handsets, up for sale. He is charging upto 500 Rs extra on the MRP written on the box cover sent by the company.

On asking he used offensive language and said that noone can sell the handsets at the price mantioned by Nokia and we are free to go and complain if we want. He also said thta he has already complained as many times to the organization that they have foolish prices as MRP.

We purchased the phone from Big C and also saw the model in a different colour in the Mobile Store shop next to this shop. He is not a prioirity dealer. He is an enemy of the company.

Nokia — not getting service

i gave my nokia 5233 which i have buyed just 2 months ago.it had a problem and was not
switching on. i gave my phone in ss electronics near paradise for repair.
the managment first said it would take a week .you can collect your phone after a week
when i visited them they said it would take one more week.in during when called their helpline they simply cut my phone.now its 3rd week.when i want to see my phone's repair status in nokia.com its just showing an error.y do they run this kind of services
when they cant promise service

I want to purchase Nokia 2690 Hand set whose Nokia Recommanded Price is Rs. 2649 on dt. 11/12/2010 but the dealer is charging Rs. 2700. Please help in this case.
