[Resolved]  Nokia X2 - 00 — misbehavior of service center

on[protected] i purchased mobile handset of nokia model x2-00 b.red imei no. [protected] from jain mobile gallery bill no.1664 .On[protected] the charger of said mobile could not charge the mobile & hence i rushed to the dealer for the change of charger who in turn sent me back to the nokia service center/ nokia care at hapur. I present the bill alongwith defective charger, then the person present at the counter ask me for the photostat copy of the bill.your service center situated at 1st story of building & i am 60 years old person suffering from orthorytis & show my inability to make the photostat of the bill i also ask them to check the on line information for my mobile . In return the person present on the counter along-with the incharge so called name Mr. Anuj very badly misbehaved with me & told me not to change the charger without photostat copy and also in challenging manner told me to make the complaint to the company.In the aforesaid condition i bear the pain and bring the photostat copy from the market in the meanwhile one more person came to the service center for the repair of his mobile the person present on counter again misbehaved from that person & aggrieved from the behavior of your counter man the person immediately torn the bill of mobile & returned without repairing the mobile the counter man present again repeat the word "JO TUMSE KARNO HO KAR LO" it"s shows that the person & the incharge of service center usually misbehaved your valuable customers take the notice & necessary action against the counter man & in-charge Mr. Anuj of your service center because it depreciate the good will of your company in the mind of your company.

Nokia — defective product and Misbehaved by Nokia care

I have purchased a Nokia c7 whose IMEi No #[protected] on 5th march 2011 .Now its bluetooth and third party applications are not working.When i contacted Nokia care they misbehaved with me and didnt repaired it.

Now I am going to take a legal action For Fraud and Mental Harassment,.
