hello sir,
this is to inform you that i m one o[censored]r customers using x3-02 touch and type set... i buy this set on 11 may2011.and
i have been getting many problems from the set
i have come to ur customer care bt i didnt get any response...sometimes they say it will go for checkup after 10 days they cum with the set and having up the same problem and it is nw very irritating
i m getting very irritated from this set as it heats up while charging and dosent have battery backup...it charges in 2 hours and get finish in less than 6 hours
i dnt want to replace my set...as i m fedd up nw from this set.....i want my full money back for your company otherwise i m going to complaint in consumer court for this nw ....so nw its ur responsibility to do so.....

nokia x3 — SET UNABLE

Dear Sir,
I buyed the nokia x3 from "NEXTAG" from vadodara fategunj it self on 07/07/2010 in evening. when i started my mobile while reaching home i was unable to receive coverage. There was some thing wrong with the hand set , so next day i went to shop and ask them to replace me the same set (x3) as there is some problem with the set.Today its been 22/07/2010. still they do not have the set along with them.
1st confirm me , do nokia care take 15 days to replace the set mobile? As said my shop owner?

nokia x3 — Handset Not Working Properly Despite Replacement

Dear Sir,

I had Recently Purchased Nokia X3 with Bill around July - August 2010 In Ghatkopar ( EAST ) ,Mumbai, INDIA .I was having a problem With Network ( No access ) though my sim was working properly in my old mobile.Then, i gave my Nokia X3 phone to Service Center at Satyam Shopping Center Ghatkopar East ( Nokia Authorized Service Centre ) ,Mumbai INDIA .They Said that there is a problem in the phone so they gave me the Replacement after 30 days which they said that its a new phone but it was actually a used phone . Now after getting that phone i am still facing a problem of Network issues, Phone getting too hot after charging for 5 min. Even that i have complained to the cust care people they said they cant do any thing .i said the Wat the [censored]. Sorry to use this language This is my first purchase with Nokia & this is the Product & service i get from you company .How can a new customer can trust Nokia if you provide such type of services & answers from your customer care division. I also said them if you cant get the same piece again then give me the upgraded model but they said that they cant do it. Is it my fault buying Nokia X3 Model and its giving more problems even after getting the new Piece as said by customer care ppl .

I request you to either please give me the upgraded model or give my full money refund including interest as my time time and money was wasted .

Nokia - X3 — Phone not working since it was bought

Dear Sir,
I buyed a Nokia Phone X-3 IMI No. [protected] dated 23rd Aug and the phone started to have problem of switching off. Then the phone was handed over to customer care dated 3rd sept. The phone was handed over back to me on 13rd sept. The phone was resubmitted on 18th Sept again to nokia customer care centre. Again the phone was handed over to me on 5th Oct which could not be turned on by the nokia care engineer and then and there only re-submitted by them on the same job sheet.
Still the phone is lying with them.
Not getting any adequate replys from the company.

Nokia X-3 — Handset Heat Up

Dear Concern,
I purchased Nokia-x-3 (ESN/IMEI-[protected] Job Warranty no.-GLBINY[protected]handset in Oct 2010. From Nov it begun heat up. I showed it to Nokia care center Tilak Nagar first,This center charged 750/-saying that your set is not in Warranty.I was shocked and took return.Again brought to another Nokia Center Patel Nagar(Near to Metro pillar No.-229)After two hours the handset was given to me that the problems have been resolved.Next day I noticed that again the same issue occurred with new issues like camera was not working & set was hanging ,again I brought to care center patel nagar.Now I got the set after 3 days.Again the same problem found in my set.I Again I brought the set to patel nagar on 11th Dec_10 & told to replace the set but they did not agree to do so and kept the set for servicing for a week.The delivery date was 18th Dec_2010 but till date I have not received my handset.

Its really worst experience with Nokia.Now I have decided to submit all the communication to consumer court for final solution.

nokia x3 — Bought a defective / Not getting replacement

This is Ravi Kannan from Chennai. I have bought a handset model Nokia X3 on 30th Oct'10 from Univercell. Within couple of days, I started getting charging problem. After it is not charging completely, I handed over the handset for repair to univercell (Ekattuthangal branch) on 23rd Dec'10. Now, Univercell is saying, Nokia is sending this handset to HO for further testing, as even after changing the battery it is not working / charging. I demanded for a replacement immediately. No proper reply from univercell. Then, I lodged a complaint with Nokia service center demanding a replacement. I am chasing both Univercell and Nokia. But, the response is damnnnnn poor. They are absolutely no customer friendly. I never expected a multinational company like Nokia will behave like this. Their service standards are far below than even an Indian local company.

Nokia, I am still waiting for your response to my request for replacement of your defective product sold to me.

I have purchased new NOKIA X-3 handset WORTH rs6540 on 5 sept 2010 which was creating problem after 10 days of purchasing.I have submitted it to NOKIA CARE near about 10 times with in 3 months but no permanent solution was provided to me.After that they gave me another used handset of same type but this set was more worst than my original handset.I have agin submitted to NOKIA CARE 7complaint about it nearly 20 times but not received permanent solution.
Please help regarding this matter.

Being a female counter part, I could fought much with them and these situation made me forced to come to the door of Consumer Right Court. As I belong to minority section of the society people assaulted me and tried to supress my vioce. Kindly help me in this matter.

Yes.. I too agree.. Infact I got a defective head set. I bought the mobile yesterday (29MAy11). and after watching its acessories at my home. I found that the headphones are defective..
Mobile looks great but What are these unqualitative acessories??
i totally agree with you. i too have the same handset, it also has the problem with its touchpad.bt the people of nokia care center are not listening to me. nd i m fred up with my cellphone.
this is my message to all, plz do not buy nokia cellphone bcoz it has poor quality nd most important its customer service in nokia care is very bad.

sir please look into the matter & solve da problem as soon as possible...

Nokia handset X3-02 — Problematic handset

Hi Team,

Have bought Nokia Handset X series touch and type name X3-02 on dated[protected] as a gift to my wife from Mobile Link, Shop No-312, Sai Chowk Pimpri Ph [protected].
But handset started giving me trouble from very 1st day.It switched off automatically without me switching it off. Also battery is draining faster than I thought. Hardly getting 2/3 hours of talk time.
This is annoying experience still I had not complained much as I have trust on Nokia but that trust broke finally on[protected] when keypad stopped responding. Sometimes * key is pressed automatically all the time and at end it starts My GPRS automatically. Also it created disturbance when I received any call.I left heart broken as within 3 months of purchase handset gave me so many problems.

Finally sent to Nokia care for Repair on 15th June 2011 in Sky link at Sundarbaug Chinchwad.33

But this was start of another blunder. Initially they claim that it can be repaired within hour when they failed they told me to come next day.Next day same thing happed and I have to wait for another day.
Then they told me that Keypad need to change and they have no spare part so they have requested to company and asked me to wait for a week.
As they do not have standby handset I have to borrow it from my friend. When approached to them after week.Same story repeated as spare part was not available. But this time they gave me standby handset but without charger a= which is of no use.
Now I need to wait for another week and still not sure if I get back my handset with all issues resolved.

This left me completely in helpless situation request you to look in this matter and get my handset back.
But definatly I will refrain my friends /collegues from buying Nokia handset in future. They have lost credibility I will not be surprised to see if they are not in top five after 10 years

Hi Team,

I have collected my phone and seems it was temporarily repaired.It has started same issue over again.
Now new issues added along with old issue
1) Again key pad not working.* key is pressed automatically
2)backlight never get off
3)and battery drain even faster before

Sorry to say but i am really pissed up because of this temporary fix and seriousy it has dented Image of Nokia in my mind.

Now eaither i need credir note of same amount or new handset. i am not here to run behind Nokia care and waste my precious time.

Kindly let me know next cource of action.

hiii i i i am manod daniel from navi mumbai i hve buyd x3-02 on may 25th of rs 7800 right aftr 15 daz it started problem ven v unlock to open MENU it blinks again light goes off on tat time any1 calz. his name, number doesnt appear.ven i gave to service centre at vashi, navimumbai. with this same complaint i hve gone three times bt no response they tell now it is ok. again the same problem coming. nw 5 daz bak i got the cel it runned 2 daz. nw again a new problem ven some1 calz no name, number coming on the display rest all the displaz r ok tat reciver symbol comes on the top bt if v press the recive button it doesnt accept. the bus fAre from my home to&fro it costs rs50/- wo will give me & whom to complaint & wat abt my mobile. ven i cald the number of customer care it also costs 1 paisa per sec. nw wat is the result? we(customers) r baffons or wat? y u release this type of DUST BIN SETS. i want the reply wo is the bloody M.D send his number also. I DONT WANT A NEW CELL IN CHANGE I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Hi, I am Nithya from Chennai. I have the same problem as like muthuvel said above. I have contacted 2 Nokia Care centre(Adyar and Tnagar) and the reply got from them is Touch screen problem but right now to replace the same no stock.

X3-02 — Poor Service

Dear Sir,
My two month old X3-02 developed touch pad problem and poor audio quality. On Service Job Sheet No.[protected]/120502/100, touch pad was replaced but audio problem was still not rectified.
Mr Deepak , the floor supervisor promised to get it done by[protected] but couldn't even after re-submitting the handset for the second time.
Please look into the matter as I feel people of Everest Mobicare, 10 Lenin Sarani. Kolkata 13 are incapacitated. Their phone number is[protected] and [protected].
