Hello Sir,

I have applied for my Pan Card since last 3 months but till now I have not received my PAN CARD.

I have already sent the documents regarding the "Proof of Address" to NSDL. But according to the NSDL department, after verifying the documents they occurs as invalid. Their status shows that - "Name mentioned in Proof of Communication Address does not contain last name as mentioned in application. Submit proof of address where name in application exactly matches with name in proof."

Please have a look at it and do let me know whether the required documents are valid or not. My Ack No. 881020202157001.
