[Resolved]  Northern Railway — Misbehaviour and threat issued by the railway ticketing staff in Haridwar

[protected] I WANTED TO GO TO SAHRANPUR AND SENT A MESSENGER TO GET THE TICKET. HE GOT THE TICKET FROM COUNTER NO:03 FOR A PASSENGER TRAIN. I ASKED HIM TO CHANGE IT FOR A EXPRESS TRAIN (CHENNAI EXPRESS) INSTEAD THEY HAVE GIVEN A PLATFORM TICKET. WHEN I REACHED STATION THE TRAIN LEFT ALREADY. WHEN I TALKED WITH THE INCHARGE MR.GAUTAM HE SPOKE RUDELY AND WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKE COMMITED. HE ALSO THREATENED THAT HE WILL HAND ME OVER TO THE POLICE. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. IF I DONT GET A REPLY FROM THE RAILWAYS IN THIS REGARD I INTEND TO PURSUE THIS MATTER TILL END AND SHALL FILE AN FIR AGAINST THE INDIVIDUAL AND ALSO FILE A CASE AGAINST RAILWAYS. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO IN THIS MATTER

corruption in railway — railway mismanagement

I AM employee in RAILWAY as the TC in hawraha division last year railway give 6th pay scale from 2006 but i apply so many application to zonal officer but i not got that areal so please help

I am Education instructor in Army posted at yoal cantonment, near Dharmshala Distt Kangra (Himachal Pradesh. whenever I go to out of my service place I get reservation from Dharamshala railway reservation counter situated Kotwali bazar where railway reservation clerk sits who always any time show misbehave to Specialy Army Personnel and some time use abusing language. I am also victim many time of his misbehaving and abusing language due to this I feel bad and badly hurted and beaing Army personnel I can't do anything except complain to you. It is my harmful request please warn him or change him from Dharmshala reservation counter. Sir It's not only my problem It's all Army personnel and also civilian problem which is to be solved by you. Tanks you sir

Railways — Not proper services provided for passengers

I was traveling from chennai to bangalore by lalbagh express with an eticket, on 28th November 2010. The train number is 2607 and my ticket number is as follows.PNR No: [protected] and Transaction ID: [protected]. When the train left chennai central and before arriving arakkonam station two eunachs were begging in the train. One of them was touching me and asking for the money. My seat number was 72 (window seat) in coach number D8. When I reacted to that person who touched me, I was abused and humiliated in front of the other passenger. When I did complain the same to the TTI, whose name is Mr. Selvam, he only says his inability to stop these kind of nuisances created by small wendors, beggers and eunachs, along with lots o[censored]nreserved passengers, who sits near the doors, front of the toilet doors and vestibules. Mr.Selvam directed me to the pantry to get the complaint book to register the same. However the person there ,informed me that the complaint book is with the batch in charge, Mr. Murthy, who is traveling in AC coach. When I reached him and explained about the incident and want a complaint to be registered, he informed me that the complaint book is only with the guard and I need to go to guard when the train stops in the next station. I was further disappointed with the kind of irresponsible answers and finally I had to give a brief complaint to the station master in charge - commercial at Bangalore city railway station.

I need a compensation from the railway authorities for the inconvenience caused during my travel and the tension incurred from the concerned authorities for their inability to solve the problems of the passengers who are traveling with the valid reserved tickets. Also, I need the authorities to take necessary steps to take action on the concerned TTIs and the Batch in charge, who are not willing to help or solve the problem of mine, what I had under went yesterday during travel. Batch in charge name is Mr. Murthy. My coach D8, bearing number WGSCZ 06608, and the concerned TTI is Mr. Selvam.

With due respect I beg to say that i Have made the one parcell of
my motorcycle No. PB 18 L 2025 from Gorakhpur (UP) to Chakki Bank (PB.) as
on dated 10/04/2011 vide your parcell receipt No. J 815462 dt. 10/4/2011.

But today Dated 18/05/2011 it is not reached at chakki bank (PB) & i do not
take the delivery of that parcell to me till date.

I have visiting the chakki bank railway station on daily basis but they given
the simply given the reply to me that please wait & wait whenever it will come
then they will inform to us.

You are requested to kindly lookout this matter & take the necessary steps to
locate my motor cycle & that delivery to me as early as possible.

I shall be very thanksfull to you that for this act of kindness.
Please do the needful as early as possible.

Today dated: 27/05/2011 the concerned parcell is not received by me. I do not know what kind of working has been done by the persons of the northren railways.

indian northern railway — misbehavior of railway staff

while traveling from madhopur to jammu two ladies came as ticket checker and used bad language for me and my family. They cause inconvenience and mental torture to passengers daily on the account of checking tickets.
i want to say if railway appoints TTE in every train why do we need such greedy people who use there powers to trouble others and cause inconvenience.
