[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — non delivery of speed post letter

NON DELIVERY
Dear Sir,
My spouse at Chennai posted a very important document by Speed Post on 13th October 2009 vide speed post No ET[protected]IN to Pune. But till date I am not in receipt of letter at Pune. Take appropriate action to deliver and investigate why it was delayed at the earliest.

Sir,
One letter regarding my appointment to a group 'A' post in an organisation of Govt. of India was dispatched from New Delhi on[protected] to the following address: Qtr. No. 315, Block No. F1F2, Customs & Central Excise Residential
Complex, 7-Garcha 1st Lane, Kolkata-19 (speed post ref. ED[protected]IN).
I have shifted from the above address to the following address:
C-151, Customs & Central Excise Residential Complex, 179, Shantipally, Kasba,
Kolkata-700107 and duly informed the Postmaster, Ballygunge Post Office, Kolkata-19, on[protected]I have the receipt)
But the above letter returned to the dispatcher without being delivered to my new address.
Another speed post letter was also not delivered (speed post ref. ED[protected]IN) to me and ultimately I had to collect it personally from the Ballygunge Post Office.
It seems that postal delivery system has collapsed in the West Bengal.
Please look into the matter

My name is Babu Thaliath and I am a merchant navy officer.I have sent my original certificates to The Maritime Coastguard Agency, U K, by speed post, for issuing my Master's competancy Certificate on[protected] from Ernakulam North Post Office (Pin:682018) with tracking no: EL[protected]IN.So far it os not delivered .I have posted a complaint in the Ernakulam Head Post Office with the Complaint No:[protected] on[protected].So far I have not recieved any reply.

I regret to inform you that a letter which was sent by speed post 30 days ago, has not been delivered as yet. Two letters were sent from
C.E Council Imphal for 50 Students. Dated- 14/02/2012

The letter was addressed to:
To, Colonel Director 99AFO, In 900191 Pin- 900191 and
To, Sub- Major Asst. R.O 99AFO Pin- 900191

This is a very urgent letter. Delay in its delivery has caused the life of the 50 students, the last day of submission is on 26 of this month. When contacted the officials at the Imphal Post Office 4 days back , they asked us to wait for a couple of days.But the letters are still not delivered. Consignment of both letters are - EE[protected]IN and EE[protected]

I, therefore, request you to trace it immediately and expedite its delivery to the addressee. Otherwise, I shall be forced to take the matter to the higher authorities against you.
