The security amount of 1000 rupees was collected on march 4th by the executive Dhananjay tiwari from District centre, Janakpuri, but was not refunded
he is not contactable and this is highly irresponsible behaviour by the executive of Tata indicom, the customer does not have time to run after people so irresponsible like tiwari,
this completely spoils the name of the company in the market and the trust of the company in the market

I m Rajeev, this is regarding my refunds (in form of NSC) which were with BSNL, Kolkatta as per their requirement. But its almost Nine months, my security amount is yet to b refunded xcuess is very silly by junior staff that he is not in office or he is very busy with his family work.
