[Resolved]  NSDL - PAN Card — Not received pan card

With due request the applicant wants to bring the following facts for the rectification of Pan no.-ARDPM5545N in the right earnest way please:-

1] Sir the applicant [Naman Meshram] and Nayan Meshram are twin brothers hence except Name, others particulars are identicals.

2] Sir being a twins we have faced similar problems in other cases so being a precautionary measures we applied for pan nos on different dates i.e. on 24th October 2007 by Nayan Meshram and on 20/12/2007 by applicant [Naman meshram].We got different acknowledgement nos too which are as follows Nayan Meshram acknowledgement No.-[protected] and Naman meshram acknowledgement No.-[protected].

3] Sir, but unfortunately the applicant got the same PAN NO.-ARDPM5545N which has already allotted to NAYAN MESHRAM and thus the precautionary measures invained.

4] Sir the PAN NO. ARDPM5545N in the name of nayan meshram is in force and he has mentioned /utilized in several documents.

5] Sir, for your ready refrences and the records the applicant enclosing Xerox copies of PAN NO.ARDPM5545N.


Sir, the applicant has already applied with full details and relevant documents on 06/07/09 which is acknowledged by your office on 13/07/09 for rectification modification while talking on phones on 15/07/2009 your honour assured that the task is in process and will be completed within a week time.But today the applicant astonished that your office has got nothing from the applicant and hence instructed to apply fresh.

I have applied for change in PAN Card through Application No-[protected]. I have received letter for query of proof of father's required. But at the time of application I had enclosed copy of passport which also contains name of father. But then also I am forwarded letter to TIN facilitation centre, where application was submitted. But after 15 days of this procedure I have not receive New PAN card.

I APPLIED FOR MY PAN CARD FRM OVERSEAS AND I WAS SENT AN EMAIL THAT THERE IS A DISCREPENCY NOTED THAT THE BANK STATEMNT IS NOT ATTESTED BY THE SPECIFIC AUTHORITY INDIAN CONSULATE WHEREAS THE REQUIREMENT STATES EITHER BY INDIAN CONSULATE OR APOSTILLE OR BY THE MANGER OF THE BANK IN WHICH ACCOUNT IS HELD.IT WAS STAMPED BY THE BANK AND SIGNED BY THE BANK MANAGER.MY ACKNOWLEDGE NO IS [protected].
