[Resolved]  NSDL TIN / PAN Card — PAN card not received

I was payed but when I check through internet it says Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected] / 67120531/ 33 where the application was submitted by you but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered on 5th Feb.
They are making clear about it.

Sir,
I have my PAN No. ACDPB9060G in my old name i.e. Naresh Bhardwaj. I applied for PAN Card with my changed name i.e. NARESHANAND on 25th Aug 2008. My acknowledge No. is [protected]. In this connection I also despatched attested copies of my Affidavit for change of name, press cutting and Voter Card. But so far I have not received PAN Card in my new name i.e. Nareshanand.

Please help me.

I am in nervous position because i received my pan card in fold situation.I haven't torn the envelope.
Without tearing the envelope the pan card was looking clearly that it was folded.Hence, I didn't tear
the envelope.I need its as soon as possible.Please suggest me that what should I do ? I should

I am Gore Satish . I have applied for PAN card in the month of 6th january 2009 but till date I am yet to receive the card. I have enquired the status on the site of NSDL but it says that they have dispatched the card at the respective address mentioned.
