[Resolved]  NSDL TIN / PAN Card — PAN card not received

my acknowledgement PAN card no. is [protected]

I, zakir hussain, applied for the pan card on 15 day before, but still I can not receive my pan card
so kindly help me by providing the same.

it says it have been delivered on 03 of April 2007 but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered .
They are making clear about it.

I applied for the reprint of PAN card this year in march. I made the cash payment but when I check through SMS it says it have been delivered on 24 of march 2009 but when I called to customer care executive they told it has been delivered.
They are making clear about it.

This is Shubha Chauhan residing in Delhi and my hometown is Kanpur.
I have received my PAN Card Number i.e. ALQPC4292F.
but Still i have not received it.
The concerned person is saying that it has been dispatched, But its been 3 weeks and i have not received it yet.

In total its been 3 months since processing of my PAN CARD from Kanpur.

Dear Sir- I have pan card No.AACPP7931R in this my surname is printed PALKHIWALA my surname
is PALKHIWALE Hence I submitted required proofs i.e. My Dads Ration Card / My Ration Card /My
Dad's & Mothers death Certificates. Ration Card Colour print I have Couriered Twice, Also I given
copy of My Wifes Pan Card where The Surname is Correct PALKHIWALE but In my Card it is
