NTPC LTD. — outgoing SMS not going
From 31/12/2008, suddenly no SMS was being able to be sent through mobile no.[protected].At least ten times I reported to customer care.They booked the complain via docket no.-3302433 and 3375860.As per them settings of massage centre is o.k. and they are helpless.It needs immediate attention.

Dear sir, outgoing SMS system of my mobile no.-[protected] is not working for the last one month. Despite giving comlain registered at customer care via docket no.-3302433 and 3375860 and reminding at least ten times, it is not corrected. all settings are o.k. as per customer care. They are helpless.If such is the condition of BSNL of not taking care of NTPC ltd. company phone, we will have to think of .

SirToday the 25th February'2009, I have recieved a SMS message from TM-SPDCA that your mobile number has won GBP 200, 000.00 in the 2009 (SHELL) Int'l Mobile Draw UK. To claim your prize contact Dr Steve on [protected] or email [protected]@hotmail.com.
I belive this is some kind of fraud in the offing.
Can we take some preventeve measure before un-suspecting persons fall trap to such offers and are duped of their money.

Dear Sir,I am holding CUG connection No. [protected] of Airtel phone , being an executive of NTPC Ltd. Despite, my being very punctual in payment, my mo. connection was deactivated on 22.12.2009 when I was out of Delhi. The connection was restorted only next day on my complaint to the customer care number.
Now I am not told any reasons for deactivation and rather nodel officer is not lifting the mo. no. I had recieved one message before deactivation i.e. FO or IO.
This kind of act is highly disrespectful for a customer who has never defaulted and unbecoming of your stature. Therefore I request you to kindly look in the matter and take necessary steps under intimation to the undersigned.
