[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — number barred

i m raghunandan mantri from mumbai, i have took a mumbai reliance prepaid card number [protected], it works for a week properly but now my calls has been barred and no prior information wsa given to me and i have submitted my documents also as
my driving license
my local residence proof
two passport photographs
so, please check that what is gong on nd inform me as soon as possible.

I was purchased a Reliance GSM Sim 25 days ago but this time it is barred. There is 2000 balance in this SIM, I will contact Reliance Webworld but not find proper responce.

hello sir, i am using a reliance gsm demo card number [protected]. its a dealer card. after 6 months from the activation date all off a sudden my card gets deactivated and my number gets barred and i am asked to resubmit the documents.i am a resident of vile parle and when i go to the near by reliance gallery in vile parle east they do not except the documents saying we dont activate card from here and tell me to contact the distributor. i submit the documents to the distributor solanki enterprises goregaon malvani.the executives working there (ramesh mishra) is so irreresponsible guy that even after 7 days of submittion of documents he is not able to give a proper feed back and does not receive calls.even after calling him several times he disconnects the calls.this is what is left are all customers being treated like this? even after paying for the services what do we get? even after 20 days of my resubmittion of documents my number is still barred today.please help .thankyou.

I purchased a connection of reliance gsm by their retailer RAAZ COMMUNICATION MATHURA (U.P.) about 20 DAYS ago. For ID and address proof I submitted photo copy of son of serving personnel by indian air force and my dependent certificate. After about 20 days company closed my no. when i asked customer care they told me the my document have not reached it shows that someone has stolen my document or someone is misusing it. please see this matter.

a new connection ([protected]) was activated only for 3 days. on 4th day the number was deactivated. when I spoke to Mr Ahemad and Mr Santosh (reliance customer Care Executives) they have not taken my complain and disconnect the line. and as per the reliance authorized dealer verification of document , how the documents mismatch in office by Verification Team. please activate the number. and all problem arises after I recharged with Rs 200/- .

But they are not taking any action to active my no. so plz consider the complain and take necessary action.

my number is [protected] by name sumit kumar. it was barred on 27th sep 2011 without any prior information.i contacted customer care but they said to again submit the proof,i have no any free time dat i will submit it again and again. right now i am not able to call any number from my sim. it had happened to me before also when i had buyed your sim. it was barred 2 times ,at last i broke that sim and buy new one,but again same problem. if it will repeat again then i will do the same and i will not use this service again in my life. at least i could know the reason why you have barred my number,its really pathetic. you should give me proper reason and start my service as soon as possible.

no is Barred by Reliance and when i call on 198 then the executive says
that please go to your nearest reliance care and i go there at[protected].
they Says me that your no will start from next morning but the no
doesn't start.Then again i visit on[protected]and they said that no. will
start tomorrow 9 PM but till now my no [protected]
