[Resolved]  O General — defective compressor of 1.5 Ton window ac

Hello, This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased the O General 1.5T WIN.(NR) AXG18APNHW, dated 22 nd March 2009 from City Plaza, Begum Bridge Meerut (U.P). There was cooling problem in the AC, and the complaint for it was lodged on 8 Oct'13 at Gold Star Refrigeration & Air Conditioner, Noida (U.P) There they intimated that the compressor has gone defective and forwarded the AC to the Workshop, with Service Receipt # 3605 of ETA General Private Ltd. The Service Centre people are telling me that the compressor has not yet come from the company's workshop till date. Despite of repeated complaints, my problem is not being attended. It has been more than a month and now it is really annoying to here the same careless response again and again. It is causing lot of inconvienience to me and my family, so please fix this.
