[Resolved]  OLIVEA — Over Charging without Information

1. Price online on redbus.in is 1700 Hyd to Blr. When you book on phone, its 2100 but they don't tell you during booking on phone or their subsequent confirmation on mail. They only give pnr number. At time of boarding, they surprise you with a higher number.
2. Absolute absence of customer service. The CS Manager Rohit is rude and devoid resolution skills or intent. Imagine them putting the blame on us for not taking the price from them not not owning up their part in not mentioning the price on their confirmation ticket and email!
3. The length of time it took for someone to take my repeated calls ~35 mins. They said they will call back in 15 mins but no call back. I go direct to office in Maharaja hotel corner, Koramangala. Was told manager will meet me in 5 mins. Waited for 15 mins. No show. I left when lady at reception told me Rohit will call me in a few mins. No calls. I go back after 1.5 hours. The lady connects me on call to Rohit and I got to experience extremely poor response as mentioned earlier.
4. In fact, the lady took the initiative of talking to him separately and came back to pay me back the over charge of Rs.400/-. I thanked her and with a few of their customers as witness, tore the Rs.400/- apart and left it for them.

May Olivea fail and go to hell! May all such businesses which take customers for granted and more so, take them for a ride, die in a blaze of glory as examples of how not to do business.

An extremely disappointed customer!
