Olivea is a Horrible bus service. They suspend services and don't even inform passengers with confirmed tickets. I was stranded in Coimbatore with luggage since I was not informed that the service was suspended. I had to stay in a hotel and take a night bus to get back to Bangalore. My email/phone complains didn't result in any response from Olivea. I had to personally visit their Bangalore office - after making me wait for 90 min, they said that they can only refund my base fare. Looks like suspension of service is quite a common occurence with this bus service which has just 1 bus for each route. They don't seem to care about customers - can't believe such a pathetic service from a well know Nilgris group. Was this information helpful? | 
Several calls to Olivea's representatives in Delhi, Agra and Bangalore have gone in vain. Everyone at Olivea makes false promises of reverting with informaiton on refund. They have taken my bank details, PNR number, ticket number on 3 occasions but still no refund.
The people in the Management Team, who's photographs and profiles are proudly displayed on the website don't even bother to answer their phone or revert back to the missed calls.
Its a very shocking state of affairs to see how one of the best luxury coach service is managed by a shoddy, irresponsible and callous team of people.
I really wish I could disclose the name and phone numbers of all the people I have spoken to at Olivea in this post. Just hoping that they don't constrain me to pursue legal action over ticket refund.
